Naomh Padraig Muff notes – Championship win over Red Hugh’s

The seniors recorded a Great result in ture on Sunday afternoon as they made it three from three in the Junior A championship with a battling two-point victory over Red Hughs in Ture – Brian McColgan got the goal.

They now have topped their group and head into the Quarter final in a confident mood after defeating two DivisionThree clubs along the way.

There was no jackpot winner in last weeks lotto there were five winners of €20 the numbers drawn were 1-7-4-3-5-6-2. The winners were as follows:

Barry McColgan, Iskaheen.

Paul McCauley

Billy Costello, Muff.

Steven Grant, Garrison.

Jason Allison, Redcastle.

 

The Club would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their continued support of the Lotto as it gives the club the essential means of continuing to give our local kids and adults the chance to avail of a great and healthy pastime.  If any kids would like to start selling lottos each week feel free to contact their coach for more information.

Next Weeks Jackpot €1100

Under 6 and Under 8 training is on every Friday  from 6.30pm to 7.30pm in Ture  this is for boys and girls born in the year 2007,2008,2009, and 2010 all new faces welcome and can all boys and girls bring a water bottle and cost of session is €2 for info contact Daniel on 0862072745..

Under -10 training will continue this Friday in Ture from  6.30pm to 7.45pm. This is for boys and girls born in the years 2005 and 2006. All new players welcome can all boys and girls bring water bottle and cost of the session is €2. For info contact Kevin on 0863576713.

Under 12 Training for the 2015 season  has started and will continue  every Saturday  in ture from 10.30am to 12pm. Please bring Trainers, Gum Shield, Water Bottle and €2. This is for players born in 2003 and 2004. New players welcome. Contact Damian for more info 087 7963559

Under-14 training is on every Sunday from11.30am to 1pm and every Wednesday aswell for details contact neil on 0863855855

Under 16 and Minor training will take place every Monday and Friday evenings at  7pm to 8.15pm in ture.

Our new club app is now live on the App Store and google play store In the app you can play the clubs lotto every week through the games section and keep up to date with club events and wats happening within the club. Also there is direct links to Facebook and twitter. You can also share your photos of games you are at via the app. So get downloading and have a look for yourself

Many thanks to Paul Donnelly for his generous donation of €152 to the defibrillator fund. It was the proceeds from a pool competition organised in the Point Inn.

We where delighted to receive a cheque from Topaz Centra Muff for €1000 in there recent fuel promotion. Thanks to all who supported us through this promotion and we hope you all continue to support Doherty’s Topaz Centra.
