Letterkenny Rovers are holding a registration evening for players from under-8 to under-12 at the Station House Hotel on Monday.
It’s €50 per child and €80 for two children.
Preparations for the coming season continued with our seniors due to have played Aileach on Wednesday.
Revised fixtures for the upcoming Ulster Senior LEague season were released on Monday with Eamonn McConigleys men playing two league cup games. August 30th sees us play Derry City Reserves away while on September 13th we play Swilly Rovers at home.
The league proper will get underway on September 27th when we face our neighbours Bonagee United at home.
The club were delighted to be associated with the Letterkenny Reunion as we hosted the Reunion Cup last Friday night at Leckview. A night of nostalgia and storytelling in the stands accompanied the action on the pitch. A fiercely fought tournament was won by Glencar/Burma.
With the new Donegal Schoolboys League season fast approaching, Letterkenny Rovers FC is seeking coaches/volunteers to assist with the running of our underage teams.
We are, in particular, looking for help at the under-12 age level but anybody willing to assist at any age group is always greatly appreciated.
The club can only continue to sustain the high number of teams and players if parents/persons are willing to come forward and help out.
