CONGRATULATIONS GO TO this week’s winner of the Anthony Conaghan Cars Player of the Week.

The winner is Shane McGrath of Aodh Ruadh and he wins a pair of Murphy’s gloves.

McGrath’s side certainly announced themselves in the U-21A championship with a resounding victory over Termon, with a stunning 7-14 to 1-7 win in Ballybofey on Saturday evening. Shane McGrath was in exceptional from in front of goal for the Ballyshannon side, bagging three goals and two points in the 25-point win.

McGrath topped the poll with an impressive 232 votes, 21 ahead of Red Hugh’s Gerard Melaugh and in third place was Christopher Barrett of Milford.
