Have you a keen interest in sport and a flair for advertising and sales?

Would you like to work for Donegal’s number 1 sports website?

Donegal Sport Hub is looking for an experienced advertising sales executive to join our team.

We are on the look-out for a full-time, Monday to Friday, sales executive.

Applicants must have:

  • A full driving license
  • An interest and understanding of local sport in Donegal
  • An understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and online marketing
  • A third level qualification is desirable, although not essential
  • Experience in sales and marketing is also desirable

Donegal Sport Hub is a rolling sports website dedicated to sport in Donegal by means of news stories, audio, podcast and video. The team is made of Charlie Collins, Alan Foley and Chris McNulty.

Since going live in July 2015, www.donegalsporthub.com has had over 1million hits and over 250,000 unique users.

Author of 'Boxing In Donegal: A History (2021)' - the definitive history of the sport in County Donegal - and 'Relentless: A Race Through Time', the 2019 memoir of former Irish Athletics Team Manager Patsy McGonagle. From St Johnston and now based in Letterkenny, Chris was a nominee for NUJ Sports Journalist of the Year in 2010. Honoured by the Donegal Boxing Board in 2016 for his coverage on the sport.
