The Three Rivers Shotokan club have been kept busy in recent weeks travelling to both Dublin and Dundalk to compete in the IKKU Open and the IWKR 14th Irish International Karate Championship.
First up was the IKKU Open a Kumite only event and true to form the members stood on the podium at the end of the day with 4 Gold and 3 Silver medals.
Last Saturday a bigger team headed to Dundalk Institute of technology and after some outstanding performances especially from the newer members of the squad they headed back to Lifford with a tally of 4 Gold 7 Silver and 5 Bronze medals.
