JASON Quigley has a quick return to action with the Ballybofey man set for his eighth professional fight on Saturday week, August 8.

Quigley, unbeaten from his first seven pro contests, is in action at the Fantasy Springs Restort in Indio, California less than a month after defeating Tom Howard at the LA Sports Arena.

The 24-year-old Ballybofey man has won twice previously at Fantasy Springs.

In March, he defeated Tolutomi Agunbiade, dropping his opponent 1 minute and 41 seconds into round two.

He followed that up with a devasting KO of Joshua Snyder when he put the American to the canvas 44 seconds into the second round.

Next Friday, the Golden Boy Promotions prospect is back in Fantasy Springs where Johan Perez and Dmitry Mikhaylenko are set to battle for the WBA-NABA welterweight title with Yoandris Salinas and Manuel Avila vying for the interim NABF super-bantamweight title.

Quigley’s ring return has been confirmed by his management team, Sheer Sports, with further details to be confirmed in due course.
