The visitors were without both Neil Gallagher and Caoimhin Marley from their midfield while Rory Kavanagh was absent for St.Eunans and Caolan Ward and Niall O’Donnell (pictured) started on the bench.

Glenswilly had the better of the opening exchanges and raced into a 0-5 to 0-1 lead after 13 minutes.

Caolan Kelly opened the scoring in the first minute, Michael Murphy added three points – two from frees -and Shane McDevitt pointed from play.

St.Eunans only early reply came from Jamie Doherty from play.

The impressive Conor O Donnell also scored from play to leave it 0-7 to 0-5 in Eunans favour at the break.

Peter McEniff kicked two quick points to make it a four point game but Glenswilly replied quickly when Murphy found Leon Kelly and he blasted past Shaun Patton to the net.

A minute later Murphy levelled it up with a super point from near the end line.

St. Eunans then hit six in a row with McEniff, Conor Morrison, Gibbons with two, Niall O’Donnell and Shaun Patton from a 45 on the mark.
