Simon McGlynn bags a brace as Dergview keep up winning streak

Raphoe man Simon McGlynn scored twice today as Dergview kept up their excellent form.

McGlynn’s brace helped Peter Allen’s team to a 3-0 win over Knockbreda in the NIFL Championship.

After a 1-0 win over Glenavon in the League Cup during the week, Dergview began today with a real purpose.

And ex-Finn Harps attacker McGlynn put them in front. After taking the ball on the edge of the area, McGlynn beat a defender before dinking the ball over the goalkeeper.

McGlynn netted a header in the second half with Adam Dougherty on target for the Darragh Park outfit.
