SHANE DUFFY HAD a nightmare night in Cardiff last night, scoring two own goals before being sent off.
Blackburn Rovers defender Duffy has now scored three own goals in two games having also put through his own net on Saturday against Wigan.
Last night, Duffy scored twice past his own goalkeeper, Jason Steele, as Blackburn lost 2-1 at Cardiff City.
On 14 minutes, Duffy deflected Declan John’s shot into the net.
[adrotate group=”37″]Then, after only 20 minutes, Duffy headed a free kick past Steele.
The ordeal didn’t end there for Derry-born Duffy, whose parents Brian and Siobhan are from Letterkenny and Raphoe.
In injury time, Duffy was given his second yellow card of the night and was sent off to complete the misery.
