SEAMUS COLEMAN’S Everton posted their first victory of the season with an emphatic 3-0 win at Southampton this afternoon at St Mary’s.
Roberto Martinez’s side drew 2-2 against Watford last Saturday on opening day but opened well today with Arouna Koné setting up Romelu Lukaju to head home in the 22nd minute. The Belgian added a second on the stoke of half-time before Coleman (pictured above) set up Ross Barkley to score a third in the 84th minute.
Everton welcome Manchester City to Goodison Park on Sunday week.
