Kilmacrennan’s Richard Kerr had another solid weekend at Silverstone for the 9th round of the British Superbike Championship.
Richard finished both races in 5th position at the weekend and closed the gap to third in the championship to 17 points with three rounds remaining.
Richard led the opening lap of the second race after starting on the second row of the grid.
The 17-year-old has that 3rd position in the Championship on his mind as the 10th round takes place next weekend at Oulton Park.
Richard has shown great consistency finishing inside the top 8 in the last 13 races with a few visits to the podium too.
