THE annual presentation night for Naomh Padraig, Lifford takes place this Friday November 13th in Maggies Tavern, Carickmore, St. Johnston.

Tickets for the event are now on sale from all committee members. Special guest on the night will be Donegal All-Ireland winning midfielder Neil Gallagher.

The forty-second Club Lotto draw of the year took place on Monday the 9th of November at the clubhouse. The numbers drawn were 1, 7, 15, and 23. There was no jackpot winner. Maria Mulhern of 3 Clonleigh Park scooped the runners-up prize of €100 by matching three of the numbers drawn. Next week’s jackpot is €2450.

Would you like the chance to earn an additional €20 – €30 each week? Naomh Padraig Lifford GAA Club is currently on the lookout for Lotto sellers in the Clonleigh parish area. In return for your services, Naomh Padraig Lifford GAA Club will pay you 25% commission on all monies collected. In years gone by, the club has had up to 20 Lotto Sellers working consecutively in the parish; however our seller numbers have dropped in recent years. On average, Club Lotto sellers typically collect €20 – €30 commission for two hours of ticket selling during the weekend.

All ticket sellers are free to work whatever hours they wish; however, for best results, the club would recommend selling tickets during the evening midweek or during the day time at weekends

In general, the vast majority of our previous ticket sellers have been between the ages of 12 and 17; however we have also had a number of adults selling tickets on the clubs behalf also.

If you are interested in selling the Club Lotto, you can contact Club Chairman John McDermott on 00353872106832 for more information. Please note that anyone under the age of 18 requires permission from their parent/guardian before taking up the role.

The Club would to like to extend its sympathies to the Devine family of Lifford and the Dunnings family of Southampton, England on their recent bereavements – ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
