Naomh Muire on the look out for new manager as Boyle steps down

NAOMH MUIRE are on the search for a new manager for their senior football team for 2016, the club has confirmed.

Gary Boyle has stepped down from the position after two years in charge.

Naomh Muire recorded their first Donegal SFC group stage win this summer when they overcame Killybegs 0-14 to 2-5.

Having won the Intermediate Championship in 2013, the Lower Rosses side moved into senior football. In 2014, they needed a relegation play-off win over Glenfin to preserve their status.

Boyle has been at the helm for the last two campaigns, but a new man will be installed at The Banks.

“We are inviting applications for the position of Senior Team Manager for the 2016 season,” a club statement confirmed.

“CLG Naomh Muire will contest the All County League Div 2, Senior Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta and the County Senior Championship.

“Suitable candidates will have a commitment to our club ethos as well as bringing their own individual approach.

“Applications by email to Rúnaí CLG Naomh Muire secretary.naomhmuirelowerrosses.donegal@gaa.ie. Deadline of 5pm on Friday, 18th December.”
