Following the recent Naomh Muire Kellogs Cúl Camp, Naomh Muire will be holding a Summer Camp next week (4th – 7th Aug) from 10am – 2pm each day.
This camp is for children from 6 years to 13. Registration this time is by text to Gary on 086 3546193 so as to give us an indication of numbers. The cost per child for this camp is €35.
Anyone who has ordered a ticket for the Donegal v Galway game please keep an eye on Facebook/Social media for updates about when the tickets will be distributed. Go raibh maith agaibh.
The U-12 girls had a great day out on Saturday 25th July when they took part in one section of the county wide blitzes organised by Donegal Ladies Gaelic in Sean MacCumhaills Park, Ballybofey.
While our girls played their heart out,winning one game and coming up short in two games,a big highlight for our girls was getting to tog out in the Donegal senior team dressing room and running down the famous tunnel onto the Mac Cumhaill park surface to play their games.
Congratulations to the winners in our section, Urris and Four Masters and the host club Sean Mac Cumhaills on a very sporting contest in all games. Thanks to John Lillis and his mentors and the tea ladies who had a nice cuppa and goodies for all teams at the end! Thanks also to Donegal ladies for organising the blitz days for our girls!
We may not have won the day,but our 16 wee girls will be back training on Wednesday getting ready for the next challenge as Naomh Muire Peil na mBan players!
The U-16 girls’ next game is on Tuesday 28th July against Cloich Cheann Fhaola in Falcarragh at 7pm. The Junior A Championship Semi final 1st Leg is due to take place on Sunday 2nd August aginst Buncrana in the Banks at 11am.

Orders for the new Naomh Muire underage training tops will be taken at the clubhouse on Wednesday night from 6:30pm to 7:00pm.
The tops are for players from under 6 to 18 years and will be available at a reduced cost of €20. Payment to be made with order on the night. Club coaches may also purchase the tops at €25 and are welcome to come along and choose their sizes. The tops will be available within two weeks of the order being placed.
Our under 10’s attended the annual Mary from Dungloe blitz hosted by Dungloe GAA on Saturday. Gaoth Dobhair and Naomh Michael also took part.The children all had a great day and got to meet a few of the Mary’s as well. Our thanks to Dungloe GAA for their kind hosting and excellent organising of the Blitz. Overall a great day out in Dungloe.
