90 mins: Conor Foley has riffled in from close range after Foy took an effort from Kevin Knight off the line – we’ll have three minutes of added time. It’s now 3-2

70 mins: Twenty minutes left and the away support is in full voice. Despite no bus making the trip, there’s a fair crowd of Harps fans here.

66 mins: McHugh goes close to his hat-trick, but shot from the edge of the box flies just over.

62 mins: Keith Cowan gets a touch on a well-delivered McNamee free, but it skims the post

60 mins: Stephen Dunne clears McNulty’s header on the goal-line and also intervenes to deny Waters’ follow-up

55 mins: Richie Purdy has a free header from a corner, but crashes against the crossbar.

52 mins: Hopes of a 15th clean sheet of a season are gone as Karl Byrne fires in a superb goal for Cabinteely. Ran across the edge of the box and struck a sweet left-footed shot past Gallagher. 3-1 to Harps

46 mins: Rob Waters has replaced Nathan Boyle at half-time. Worth noting that Boyle was complaining of a leg injury on Wednesday night at training.

Big crowd of Harps fans down in Stradbrook here including birthday girl Bernie Coll from St Johnston, mother of Harps full back Ciaran. Not sure how many candles are on the cake – but happy birthday anyway!

45 mins – HALF TIME: Cabinteely FC 0-3 Finn Harps

44 mins: Raymond Foy goes for the jugular with a rather ambitious effort from distance, but it flies over the bar.

35 mins: Richie Purdy has Cabinteely’s first opening of the night, but Ciaran Gallagher makes a superb save.

29 mins: And the poor wain concedes another. This time, Nathan Boyle nips in and dispossesses Gillen before sliding home to make it 3-0.

27 mins: Cathal Gillen, the Cabinteely goalkeeper, is just 16 years old.

22 mins: The master is at work tonight. Two expertly taken goals by McHugh make it 2-0. Feeling here is that Harps could score a few more here. That, for what it’s worth, was Harps’ first goal from open play in 291 minutes.

21 mins: McHugh slipped in on the left-hand side of the box and he makes no mistake from close range, finishing low under Gillen. 2-0!

13 mins: Gillen very fortunate to escape sanction for that foul on Funston inside the area. McHugh coolly dispatched the penalty for his 183rd Harps goal.

9 mins: 1-0 Harps as Kevin McHugh scores the penalty, low down to Gillen’s right.

7 mins: PENANLTY FOR HARPS. Funston goes down under the challenge of ‘keeper Gillen…Kevin McHugh to take.

4 mins: Cabinteely ‘keeper Cathal Gillen completely misses Tony McNamee’s cross, but it just misses the in-rushing Nathan Boyle.

2: Keith Cowan flashes a header wide from Gareth Harkin’s corner.

Finn Harps: Ciaran Gallagher; Damien McNulty, Keith Cowan, Thomas McMonagle, Ciaran Coll; Michael Funston, Raymond Foy, Gareth Harkin, Tony McNamee; Nathan Boyle, Kevin McHugh.

Subs: Lee McCarron, Wilfried Tagbo, Kieran McDaid, Josh Mailey, Rob Waters, Ata Ozbay, Oisin Hassett.

Welcome to Strabdrook, as Ollie Horgan makes just one change to his starting XI for this evening’s clash with Cabinteely FC. Thomas McMonagle returns to take the place of the suspended Matthew Crossan. Still no place in the match night squad for the injured Packie Mailey.
