Two-goal hero Seamus Kane says Aodh Ruadh are back to their best again.
Kane netted a goal in each half as Aodh Ruadh defeated Buncrana 2-14 to 1-7 in today’s Intermediate Championship quarter-final in Convoy.
Kane’s brace helped take Aodh Ruadh back to the semis.
“We were in the semis for the last two years and lost by a point each time, so hopefully we can progress this time,” Kane said.
“We’ve been going well this year. The last few games, we didn’t play to our potential, but we’re back to our best now again. Hopefully we’ll keep growing.”
