NIALL FRIEL was the man who skippered Gaoth Dobhair for what was perhaps the biggest result in their history.

They might have 15 Donegal SFC titles in Magheragallon down the years but today was something from another level as the side managed by Mervyn O’Donnell produced a fantastic 4-11 to 0-16 win over Crossmaglen Rangers at Healy Park.
