FRANCIE Friel admitted that the experience of the Bundoran Brennans was the difference as Termon fell to defeat against the Stars of the Sea.

At The Burn Road, the Donegal players each scored a goal as Termon defeated a youthful Termon 2-16 to 2-12.

“We’re trying to build with a young team,” Friel, the Termon manager, told Donegal Daily/Donegal Sport Hub.

“The difference between the teams was Paul Brennan and Jamie Brennan. We couldn’t come to terms with them.

“Jamie is a top class player and every time he gets the ball there is a danger and Paul drives forward all the time.”
