O’Donnell struck towards the end to get Letterkenny past battling Keadue at Central Park.

Three minutes later, Keadue had a big chance of their own. Ruairi Dennehy’s poor backpass was seized on by Brian Proctor, who rounded Eoin O’Boyle, but his shot rolled across the face of goal.

Dillon Brolly headed wide from another Manues cross as Letterkenny probed.
