Karen Guthrie ‘cleans up’ at O’Donnell Park – showing true class on and off the pitch

Karen Guthrie scored 2-3 for Glenfin in their senior ladies final win over Moville – and the Donegal star showed her class on and off the pitch.

Guthrie was literally cleaning up at O’Donnell Park.

Guthrie’s 2-3 powered Glenfin to the title at Moville’s expense in a gripping final. Guthrie was the Player of the Match as she drove Glenfin to retain the crown the won in 2017.

The Donegal captain was pictured afterwards by St Eunan’s members brushing the floor in the Glenfin dressing room.

Sometimes, the little details matter most – and it didn’t go unnoticed by St Eunan’s.

They tweeted: “And what a star @glenfingaa player Karen Guthrie is. Cleaning out the changing room after their win at O’Donnell Park.”
