Joe McQuillan will take charge of Donegal’s fixture against Cork

DONEGAL’S ALLIANZ LEAGUE DIVISION 1 clash with Cork on Sunday will be refereed by Joe McQuillan.

The Cavan official will be the man in the middle at Fr Tierney Park in Ballyshannon as between the two sides who both enjoyed comfortable wins in their opening fixtures last weekend.

Rory Gallagher’s Donegal were 3-15 to 0-7 winners at Pairc Esler against Down on Saturday and then on Sunday Peadar Healy saw his Cork team defeat Mayo 1-18 to 0-12 at Pairc Uí Rinn.

McQuillan was in charge of both the 2011 and 2013 All-Ireland finals and last year officiated Donegal’s Ulster SFC preliminary round tie against Tyrone.
