We are looking for someone who can work swiftly and accurately under pressure and who will be creative and willing to learn.

The successful candidate will have a good eye for stories, interviews and content will be relevant to our readers and will be able to work off their own initiative to keep content fresh and regular.

The candidate will be required to contribute to all of our sites and will have a keen interest in and knowledge of sports. The candidate will be required to cover weekend sports markings.

A journalism qualification is preferable but not essential as training will be given to the successful candidate.

However, an excellent knowledge of social media is essential.
