James Connors to take charge of his first NHL fixture this afternoon

ST EUNAN’S REFEREE James Connors will make his Allianz NHL debut this afternoon.

Connors takes charge of the National League Division 3A game between Monaghan and Tyrone in Clones at 2pm.

A dual referee, he picked up the referee’s award at the Donegal GAA Banquet for 2015 (pictured above by Geraldine Diver).

Donegal, under the management of Ardal McDermott, get their Division 2B campaign underway against Mayo in Castlebar.
