ST EUNAN’S AND Kilcar are due to meet in the Donegal Under-21 final tonight.

The game was down for Ardara – at 7:30pm – but we’re not sure yet because of the weather. This is the official statement from the CCC (Competitions Control Committee ):

(Follow DonegalSportHub for the latest)

In light of the Met Eireann storm warning for tomorrow evening, the CCC are looking at the situation.

As Ardara will be open to Coastal winds it may not able to host the Final tomorrow evening.

The CCC have contacted Convoy, and The St. Mary’s pitch will be a backup pitch if the Storm gets very bad.

Kilcar Under-21

Obviously if the Storm is bad all over the County then conditions at Convoy may not be suitable either.

The storm is due to get bad from 2 O’Clock tomorrow, so we will make a decision as early as possible tomorrow.

We are sorry for inconvenience, but we will get word to you as early as possible.

Wind Warning for Donegal, Galway, Mayo, Sligo and Clare!

Southerly winds veering southwest of mean speeds of 60 to 65km/h gusting 100 to 110km/h expected, with stronger winds of mean speeds of 65 to 80km/h with gusts of 120km/h at times between 1600 and 2100hrs.
