How’s this for a tight finish in Educate Together NS 5k?

Ivan Toner of Letterkenny AC won tonight’s Educate Together 5k in Letterkenny.

Toner finished in 16 minutes and 32 seconds to, just, defeat Milford AC’s Peter O’Donnell and Finn Valley’s John McElhill.

Toner was first across the line in 16:32.2 with O’Donnell finishing in 16:32.9.

The top five was completed by Hugh Coll and Paul McGlinchey.

Fionnuala Larkin of Letterkenny 24/7 was the leading female, finishing in 19 minutes and 55 seconds.
