Dylan Browne Mc Monagle was in red hot form at the sun-drenched Porthall on Sunday last with a sparking six timer.

The Letterkenny teenager got of to the perfect start in the 1 1/2 mile open on board Let It Go to grab Mr Mac right in the shadows of the winning post to win by a head on the line. He soon doubled up on 4 Stone Of Lead in the 153cm pony with an all way success.

Colraine lady rider Zoe McMullan had a day to remember on Thunder Struck when she gave it the perfect front winning ride to beat Half Price in the 1 1/4 Mile Open.

Irish Rover stayed on strongly to give Daniel King his first winner in the North West circuit in the 1 1/2 mile maiden beating Church Hall.

In the following race Little Pop Rocket lead all the way to land a four-timer for Dylan Browne McMonagle.

It was soon a five-timer in the nest race the 2 mile open when Lets Go Now took the spoils in good style.

Dylan’s day was completed in the non-winners when Let HIm Go came right back to form to win snugly to give Dylan a six timer and a red letter day.

Cian McNally won the local pony race on board Made Of Candy to spark some nice celebrations for the pint sized jockey. A great success for Cian on his first ride in the local race.

All roads this weekend lead to Lacken Strand in Co Mayo.
