Finn Valley AC quartet named on Irish Universities squad

Four Finn Valley AC athletes have been selected as part of the Irish Universities team that will go up against Scotland this year.

John Kelly, Gavin McLaughlin, Shane Irwin and Bridget McDyer have all been named on the squad.

Kelly (above), McLaughlin and Irwin are students at Letterkenny Institute of Technology while McDyer attends NUI Galway.

Kelly and McLaughlin will compete in the shot put, Irwin goes in the 400m and McDyer also competes in the shot.
