FINN Harps will host 800 spectators for Friday night’s FAI Cup derby against Derry City.

The Extra.ie FAI Cup Second Round game has been chosen as a test event, meaning 800 fans will be allowed in.

The attendance will also include 80 Derry City fans with a 10 per cent allocation allowed for visiting fans.

On Friday night, Harps hosted a similar attendance for the 3-1 Premier Division win over St Patrick’s Athletic.

Tickets are currently on pre-sale to Match Pass and 500 Club holders and will soon be made available to those who attended last weekend’s game vs St. Patrick’s Athletic.

Any remaining tickets will go on general sale on Wednesday.

The away section tickets will be made available from midday on Wednesday.

A Finn Harps spokesperson said: “Any away supporters in possession of a home ticket will not be admitted on match night.

“If securing an online ticket is a problem for any reason, please ask a friend or family member for assistance, and if you know someone who may have difficulty with online sales please check in with them and see if they need help.

“If anyone needs further assistance with purchasing tickets, please contact the club office on 074-9130070 between 10am and 3pm on Wednesday or Thursday or call in-person during those times. (Maximum of 1 person in the office at a time.

“Please wear a mask and follow all public health guidelines if attending in person.”
