Donegal Women’s League Under-12 to take part in WFAI tournament this weekend

THE DONEGAL WOMEN’S LEAGUE Under-12 side, under the management of Bríd McGinty and Johnny Baird, head for Dublin this weekend to compete in the WFAI inter-league tournament.

Donegal have been grouped with the MGL League from Dublin, Kilkenny and Roscommon/East Galway.

On Saturday morning, Donegal take on MGL at 11.30 before they take on Roscommon/East Galway at 12.30 with their final group game seeing them face Kilkenny at 2pm.

The 9-a-side competition is divided into two groups. Donegal’s games will take place in Ballymun.

The group winners will meet the winner sof the southern section in a final which is played as the curtain-raiser to the WFAI Senior Cup final on November 8.
