Arranmore travelled to Mulroy for this reversed game and were out of the blocks quick when they were awarded a penalty early from which talisman Gavin McGlanaghey made no mistake finding the bottom corner. Mulroy came back with some pressure after this and were awarded a penalty of their own on 30 minutes and Mark Griffin made no mistake from the spot.
Conor Proctor and David Ward combined in the middle of the park five minutes later and Conor found Gavin who cut back inside his marker and curled a delightful effort into the far corner out of the reach of the home keeper.
Christopher McGlanaghey fired the islanders in front again.
Mulroy came out all guns blazing after the break and came close several times before Mark Griffin found space in the box to fire home with the help of a deflection.
Drumkeen United 3 Fintown Harps AFC 1
PETER Brannigan who drew first blood when he put the home team ahead early in the first half.
The visitors were having plenty of possession and got back on level terms shortly after through Brian Reilly.
Drumkeen took the lead when Ronan Carlin scored to leave the home team ahead at the break by two goals to one.
Both sides were seeing plenty of the ball but it was the home team who made the most of it as goal-a-game man Peter McNamee struck again to put them further ahead midway through the second half.

Orchard FC 2 Strand Rovers 1
STRAND took the lead after 25 minutes when a long free-kick found Brendan Glackin in space and he found the net with a fine finish.
Orchard drew level with 25 minutes to go when Micheal Doherty played a beautiful ball over the top for Niall Bonner (pictured above courtesy of Stephen Doherty) and he nipped in front of the keeper finish from two yards out.
Orchard scored what proved to be the winner five minutes later when Bonner found the bottom corner from ten yards out after his initial shot was blocked by a Strand defender.
GLENCAR INN SATURDAY RESERVE DIVISION
Glenea United Reserves 3 Erne Wanderers Reserves 0
GLENEA went ahead in the 25th minute when Ciaran McGeady’s cross from the right was headed home at the back post by Sean McCafferty.
Glenea continued to put the visitors under pressure but only added to the score though Ciaran Mc Geady’s 40th minute close range effort after the Erne keeper failed to hold a cross.
Glenea added a third goal on 85 minutes when Ciaran Gallagher’s long clearance found John Paul Reddin and he fired past the advancing keeper.
Cappry Rovers Reserves 2 St. Catherines Reserves 1
IT was the away side that started the better and got their reward in the 11th minute when Caolan Byrne finished off a good move.
This goal sparked the home team into life and they got back on level terms in the 14th minute when Paddy Friel played through Neil Patrick Mc Daid who chipped the keeper from the edge of the box.
The home side were on top now and got in front in the 36th minute when Conor Laverty played through Neil Patrick Mc Daid who made no mistake from 12 yards.
Castlefin Celtic Reserves 3 Milford United Reserves 2
CASTLEFIN took the lead after 26 minutes. Gavin Mc Nulty’s effort was saved by the Milford keeper but the ball rebounded off a Milford defender rolled into the net.
Castlefin doubled their lead in 33rd minute as a Johnny Devine free kick found Gavin McNulty who flicked home from six yards.
Milford pulled a goal back on the 50th minute when a mix up in the Castlefin defence saw Ciaran Blaney slip in to take advantage and finish low into bottom corner.
Castlefin increased their lead again on the 85th minute when Matthew O’Rourke took on the Milford defence and finished into the centre of the net.
Milford pulled another back on the 90th minute when Lee Burke had a good finish into the top corner.
Glenree United Reserves 0 Donegal Town Reserves 1
In good footballing conditions it was the visitors who left Glenree Park with the three points after a 1-0 victory. It was a good spirited game with some quality football on show from a very youthful Glenree team and the home side will feel hard done by not to have at least taken a point from the match. In the 60th minute a mistake in defence by the home led to the away team getting the winning goal.
Curragh Athletic Reserves 1 Drumoghill FC Reserves 5
AFTER ten minutes Curragh went one down follow some fine play by Drumoghill with Darren Gibson the scorer.
Curragh came back strong holding the bigger percentage of possession for most of the half. Simon Cromie equalised on twenty five minutes.
Curragh limited the visitors to counter attack football but with only five minutes left in the half a long ball was misjudged by Patrick Kelly at centre half and Mark Gibson capitalised going in one-on-one and slotting home.
In the second half from a Curragh corner a long ball over the top sent Gibson free and he applied another good finish when one on one with the advancing Shane O’ Loughlin in the Curragh net.
Shay McDaid added twice for Drumoghill before Mc Daid completed his hat-trick.
