Frosses man Donagh Kelly was the winner of this afternoon’s Lark in the Park.

Kelly, with Conor Foley on the notes in the WRC Ford Focus, had 47 seconds to spare on the all-Donegal pairing of Joseph McGonigle and Ciaran Geaney.

Muff man McGonigle, co-driven by Falcarragh’s Geaney, were second in the Skoda Fabia R5 while Kevin Gallagher and Gerard Callaghan were third in a Darrian.

There was plenty of Donegal interest in the event, promoted by the Maidan City Motor Club, with three stages held in Burt, around the An Grianan of Aileach area.

Maiden City Motor Club selected the charity, The Order Of Malta (Ambulance Corps) to benefit from the proceeds of the Lark in the Park this year.
