THE ULSTER COUNCIL HAS confirmed details for this weekend’s Ulster Club Football Championship action with all three Donegal champions having home ties.

There will be a double header at Sean MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey on Sunday involving the Donegal SFC champions, Naomh Conaill, and the Donegal JFC champions, Naomh Ultan.

In the Ulster Junior Championship, Naomh Ultan – who overcame Red Hughs after a replay in the Donegal JFC final – will meet Templeport from Cavan at 12.45pm.

That game serves as a curtain-raiser to the Ulster SFC clash of Naomh Conaill and Tyrone champions Trillick at 2.30pm.

Last weekend, Naomh Conaill won their third Donegal Championship as they defeated St Eunan’s in the final.

Naomh Conaill were Ulster finalists in 2010 and will be aiming for another good run in the competition.

Bundoran were crowned Donegal Intermediate champions yesterday as they defeated Naomh Colmcille and Brian Gavigan’s side are in Ulster action this Sunday.

They take on Clann Eireann from Armagh at Fr Tierney Park in Ballyshannon at 2.30pm on Sunday.
