Cranford AC had two competitors in Tullamore last weekend to compete in the Juvenile Track and Field Championships.
First up was Aoife Giles in the girls’ under-12 shot putt. Aoife got into the last eight and was laying in third place for most of the competition and with her last throw, of 9.12 metres,
she took a well deserved gold.
Next up was Kevin Logue who ran in the under-17 3,000m and with a good run came in at 14th place.
