Due to pretty nasty weather conditions last Saturday, the annual Christmas Hamper competition at Otway GC was postponed and will now take place on Sunday 23rd.
The competition will have a tee-off time of 11am sharp, and names in to the clubhouse before 10.45.
Sunday was a different day entirely with a dry and fairly calm morning for the weekly turkey scramble. Winners on the day on an impressive 11 under par were Charlie Coughlan, John McClafferty, Gerard Dorrian and Ollie O’Dowd, who were four shots clear of the nearest rivals.
Congratulations to the four winners, and all the other winners of 2018, and a happy Christmas to all club members and their families, and a healthy and happy New Year for 2019 from Otway Golf Club!
