THE DRAWS FOR the Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure Donegal Senior, Senior B, Intermediate and Intermediate B Football Championship quarter-finals – and relegation play-offs – are taking place.

The undoubted tie of the round in the Senior A Championship is a repeat of last year’s final where Naomh Conaill (pictured above by Evan Logan) will take on St Eunan’s.

Last year the side managed by Martin Regan from Glenties ran out 0-11 to 0-10 winners over the Letterkenny team.

Elsewhere, Kilcar are to face Termon, Glenswilly take on MacCumhaill’s and Malin will play Dungloe.

The quarter-finals are due to be played on the weekend of September 24 with the final on Sunday, October 16.

In the relegation play-offs, Four Masters will fight for their lives against Glenfin, while Ardara are due to emmet Killybegs.

Aodh Ruadh drew with Naomh Ultan at the weekend in the Intermediate Championship and the sides have been drawn together in the last eight. Milford, already assured of Division 1 football in 2017, have been paired with Naomh Brid.

Burt and Cloughaneely will go head to head and Naomh Columba and St Naul’s will renew acquaintances.
