The Inishowen League have been handed a home draw in the Oscar Traynor Trophy semi-final – and given the incentive of a possible home final.
Inishowen are in the semi-final stage for the fifth year in a row.
Inishowen will be at home to the winners of the Limerick v Carlow quarter-final.
The semi-final draw was made at FAI headquarters in Abbotstown today.
Diarmuid O’Brien’s team defeated Roscommon in a quarter-final at Maginn Park on Sunday.
Matthew Byrne and Anthony Doherty gave Inishowen a 2-1 win.
As well as being handed a home semi, Inishowen were also drawn on the home side of the final, should they advance to the decider.
The other semi sees the defending champions, Clare, travel to the winners of the Wexford-AUL quarter-final.
Inishowen won the Oscar Traynor Trophy in the 2014/15 campaign with Stephen McLaughlin and Kieran McDaid scoring in a 2-1 win over Limerick at Maginn
