Chloe and Sam Magee have been eliminated from the Spanish International as Denmark’s Mathias Bay-Smidt and Rikke Søby progressed to the final with a narrow victory in Madrid.
The Danes saw off the Raphoe pair 21-17, 24-22 and are through to the next stage where they will play English opponents Ben Lane and Jessica Pugh.
The Donegal siblings will now turn their attention to the European Games 2019 in Minsk, Belarus which starts next week on Friday, June 21.
