WHO’LL ever forget Donegal’s All-Ireland quarter-final against Kildare in 2011?

That night at Croke Park, former Donegal forward Brendan Devenney was in the commentary box for BBC Radio Ulster alongside Ger Treacy. Kildare were 0-14 to 1-10 up with a minute of extra-time remaining.

Then, enter Christy Toye and Kevin Cassidy.

“Unbelievable,” Devenney said. “It’s an amazing day.”

Let’s hope there’s half the excitement on Saturday when Donegal take on Mayo in this year’s All-Ireland quarter-final.
