MAGH ENE COLLEGE BUNDORAN in a battling display yesterday in the semi-final of the Donegal Vocational Schools’ Senior A Football Championship.

A 0-13 to 2-5 win over St Columba’s Stranorlar was enough at Munday’s Field in Ballyshannon, with Cian McEniff kicking nine points on the day. That  fact wasn’t lost on manager Fergal O’Flaherty.

“He had an excellent game and was sick for the last week and didn’t eat much,” O’Flaherty said. “He showed his class today and we’re delighted for him.”
