Audio: Limerick’s Shaun Kelly: ‘It’s a shame one of these clubs will be in the First Division next season’

KILLYBEGS NATIVE SHAUN KELLY scored the only goal of the game last night at Markets Field.

Kelly’s belter on 34 minutes was enough to seal a 1-0 win for Limerick FC over Finn Harps in the first leg of the SSE Airtricity League promotion/relegation play-off final. The sides do battle again on Friday night at Finn Park.

“Finn Harps are no different than us,” the right-back (pictured above courtesy of Limerick FC) said afterwards. “They want to be playing in the First Division next season. It’s a shame one of these clubs will be in the First Division next season.”
