THE DONEGAL SCHOOLBOYS posted a fine 3-0 win over Cavan/Monaghan Schoolboys at An Screaban yesterday afternoon.

Two goals from Adam Carr and one from John Maxwell confirmed the three points in the SFAI Inter-League for the side managed by Peter McHugh.

“The longer the game went on, the better we got,” McHugh said. “I prefer to play football. It can be a difficult transition from nine to 11 players. I’m pleased with the way we performed and everyone got some action.”
