ABBEY VS coach Orlagh Carr hailed her girls after a thrilling All-Ireland win in Dublin yesterday.

Abbey scored a 35-25 win in the Under-16 C final win over St. Aloysius of Carrigtwohill at the National Basketball Arena.

“We’re delighted; absolutely delighted,” Carr said.

“They’ve been training three days a week and they’ve done amazing work. The girls have been tremendous.”
