RYAN CUNNINGHAM from Killybegs has been voted as the latest Anthony Conaghan Cars Player of the Week.

Cunningham picked up 260 votes from the 1,036 cast to claim 25 per cent of the votes and wins a pair of Murphy’s gloves.

Killybegs were winners of the Southern Regional Board Under-16 Championship on Monday when they beat Naomh Conaill 4-4 to 2-9 in Ardara. In a contest that took a little while to come to the boil, it eventually came to life and two goals and a point for Cunningham meant the title was on its way back to Fintra.
