IT WAS EMPHATIC – you’ve chosen your Anthony Conaghan Cars Man of the Match from Sunday’s game between Donegal and Fermanagh.Odhrán Mac Niallais, who scored 2-1 as Donegal recorded a 2-12 to 0-11 win over Fermanagh in Ballybofey has won the vote.

Mac Niallais (pictured above by Geraldine Diver) netted goals in the 13th and 45th minutes to fire Rory Gallagher’s team into a semi-final meeting with Monaghan on Saturday-week.

“That’s a marker set down now for the big one that we’re looking for, to get a rattle at Monaghan,” Mac Niallais told Donegal Sport Hub.

“We’re looking forward to that and hopefully getting one over on them.

“People are doubting us because we have a few older players who have gone through some tough times and a lot of training.
