The Letterkenny 24/7 Triathlon Club member clocked a time of 16 minutes and 25 seconds, which was 12 seconds better than Liam Doherty.
Third place went to Brian Ferry from Letterkenny AC in a time of 17:00 and the first woman home was Deirdre Diver, also Letterkenny AC, in 20:49.
