RACHEL BUCHANNAN and Raphoe have their targets on second spot in Senior 1 after last night’s draw with Rainey.

Raphoe came back from a goal down on two occasions to earn a point with goals from Kimberly Porter and Leanne Patterson cancelling out strikes by Nikki Clarke and Karen Ferguson.

“We now know not to panic,” Buchannan told Donegal Sport Hub afterwards.

“We just keep working and keep battling.

“We knew the goal was coming. We have good forwards and we just needed to get the ball to them.”

Raphoe are in fifth place, but have games in hand on all of the teams ahead of them and are only eight points off second-placed Knock, with six games in hand, while they trail Rainey by five points with two games less played.

Buchannan said: “The momentum is building and we feel that we can give it a go.”
