DUNGLOE BOXING CLUB hosts a big afternoon of action on Sunday with a tournament against St Francis BC from Limerick.
Some guest boxers will also take to the canvas, but in the main the bouts will be between the host club, Dungloe, at St Francis BC, the club of former WBO middleweight champion Andy Lee.
The tournament takes place at the Maghery Community Centre from 2pm.
Mark McCole (pictured above) is back in action for Dungloe when he faces Derek Duhig from St Francis.
McCole is the reigning Ulster Intertmediate Champion and in November he defeated the former European Schoolboy Champion Jordan Myers in an inter-county contest.
McCole won an Irish Colleges title in 2014 and previously won a Youth 2 63kgs All-Ireland title.
Mark McMonagle will look to bounce back from his defeat to Matthew Boreland in the Ulster 9 Counties final when he takes on Jamie O’Reilly.
Kevin McMonagle faces a big challenge from Myles Casey, the eldest son of Willie ‘Big Bang’ Casey. Back in April 2014, Casey lost out to Finn Valley ABC’s Eoin McGarrell in the Irish Boy 2 33kgs final.
Convoy’s busy Ryan Ward-Mulrine takes on Fionan MacRuairí from Dungloe in another must-see bout while the likes of David Tennyson, Jordan Saville and Oisin Wallace will be looking to turn on a show for the big crowd.
