Audio: Letterkenny Rovers boss says his side have to be at their best for Dunboyne

LETTERKENNY ROVERS MANAGER Eamonn McConigley says that his team have to be on top of their game for Sunday’s FAI Intermediate Cup third round replay against Dunboyne.

After securing a replay following a scoreless at Blanchardstown IT last month, the Rovers boss is confident that his side can advance, even if his squad has been hit by a flu this week.

“We can’t be inconsistent in any way,” McConigley told Donegal Sport Hub.

“We have to take the game to them and the onus is on us on Sunday.

“If we play as well as we played in Dublin we can get a result. We have to be on top of our game to win this one.”

Not only will the winners book a place in round four of the Intermediate Cup, but they’ll also qualify for the first round of the FAI Senior Cup.
