Video: Joseph Duffy loses to Dustin Poirier

JOSEPH DUFFY and Dustin Poirier served up a real treat for UFC fans on Saturday night in Las Vegas, but Donegal man Duffy was beaten on a unanimous decision.

Poirier dominated the second and third rounds to take a deserved win with the cageside judges scoring the fight 30-26 30-27 30-27 in his favour.

Duffy had his moments and had blood spewing from Poirier’s nose, but the American really took charge when he connected with a brutal elbow shot.
