‘Storm Desmond’ has caused sever consternation and with the banks of the River Finn having burst, with a ‘state of emergency’ having been declared according the the Donegal Weather Channel.
Elliott, the Finn Harps kitman, tweeted this image this afternoon of the River end at Finn Park.
